Ordering and Distribution Information

• Order 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Orders received by 5pm on Wednesday will be available for pick up or delivery Saturday of that week.
• Orders received after 5pm on Wednesday will be available for pickup or delivery the following week.
• Saturday delivery: we deliver in a 15-mile radius from our warehouse in Stanfordville, NY. Delivery is FREE for orders over $125 and $10 for orders below that. If you live outside our delivery zone and would like home delivery, please email us and we'll work it out. Lisa@rustytractorfarmmarket.com.
• Delivery begins at 10am on Saturday. We cannot give you an exact delivery time. If you are not home we will leave your order by the door. You may want to leave a cooler or a container that closes so that your order is not sitting out in the heat or snow.
• If there are directions or instructions that will help us deliver to you more efficiently, please write that information in the Comments section when you check out.
• We are not responsible for your order once we have left it at your house so please don't call us if your neighbor's dog eats your bacon.
• Saturday pick-up:10am to noon, 5979 Route 82, Stanfordville in the Market Square Plaza at the intersection of Rt. 82 and Bulls Head Road. We are in the brick building at the South end of the parking area; OR at 12:30pm at The Village Herbalist, 7 Dutchess Avenue, Millerton.
  
• We are not able to hold or store your order for pick up at other times; orders that are not picked up by Saturday at noon in Stanfordville will be donated to the local food pantry. Please pick up in Millerton promptly at 12:30pm--there is no storage available after this time.
  
• We will pack your order into a reusable biodegradeable jute market bag. We'd love it if you could reuse the bag by returning it to us when you pick up your next order.
• Payment is made at checkout with a credit or debit card. We cannot accept payment at pickup.
• We source our products from small local farms and producers and we will do our very best to fill your order exactly, but things happen! We will contact you by email if a product becomes unavailable to suggest a replacement.
• If you see a product on the site but there is no 'Add to Cart' link it means that the product is currently not available.
• We have chosen all the products on the website for their taste and quality. We would be happy to talk to you about them or answer any questions you may have.  Please email us at Lisa@RustyTractorFarmMarket.com.
• All of the farms and producers follow local and state guidelines with regard to food production and storage. If you have questions about this please see the Meet the Farmers page for links to the individual producers.
• We currently do not offer fresh fruit and vegetables on the site. There are wonderful roadside stands, weekend markets and CSAs in our area and we encourage people who are looking for locally grown produce to buy from these purveyors.
