Ordering and Shipping Information
- Order 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- No minimum order.
- Orders will be packed and shipped as they are received. However, some products take a few days to make and will be shipped out as soon as they are available. In most cases we will try to ship all items in one package.
- Shipping is by the US Postal Service Priority Mail (2 day delivery in most areas of the US).
- If there are directions or instructions that will help us deliver to you more efficiently, please write that information in the Comments section when you check out.
- Payment is made at checkout with a credit or debit card. We do not accept American Express.
- We source our products from small local farms and producers and we will do our very best to fill your order exactly, but things happen! We will contact you by email if a product becomes unavailable to suggest a replacement.
- If you see a product on the site but there is no 'Add to Cart' link it means that the product is currently not available.
- We have chosen all the products on the website for their taste and quality. We would be happy to talk to you about them or answer any questions you may have. Please email us at Lisa@RustyTractorFarmMarket.com.
- All of the farms and producers follow local and state guidelines with regard to food production and storage. If you have questions about this please see the Meet the Farmers page for links to the individual producers.
- Check out our blog – we will post our favorite food finds here throughout the year. Like us on Facebook for weekly postings, sales, etc.
